How to become a participant of the International Real Estate Exhibition "DOMEXPO"?

To participate in the exhibition it is necessary to confirm in writing the decision by completing and returning to the Exhibition Management the Application form, stamped and signed by an authorized person. After receiving application for participation in the exhibition, Exhibition Management registers it.
Filled Application form is an acceptance of public contracts.

Payment for participation in the exhibition should be done strictly in accordance with the details specified in the invoices of the exhibition.
Collection of amounts on account of the Exhibition Management is the basis for the reservation the exhibition space for Participant.
100% payment must be done by “23” of January 2012

Submit the information for the catalog in accordance with the technical requirements
By the opening of the exhibition, we publish the official catalog, with summary information of the participant.
Information about the Participant shall be submitted to the Exhibition Management before 23 of January 2012 in printed in English and Russian, in the fixed form, which you can fill and download on the official website. In case of non receipt the above information in time, the Exhibition Management puts in the official catalog only the name of the organization.
Unequipped area is provided for the construction an individual stand by the companies or by the company of Exhibition Management.
The participant can complete equipped area by the equipment and services, according to the operating rates by filling the request.
Layout of the stand construction shall be approved by an authorized person from the Participant part and should be sent to the Exhibition Management not later than “23” in January 2012.
Placing objects in the database is available only for exhibitors free of charge.

Fill in the form of import and export of exhibition equipment during the exhibition period
For the import and export the equipment and exhibits the participants must complete the form for import and export items. With self-assembling stand construction must be fully completed
no later than 9:00 "23" in February 2012.

Get a package of documents for participation in the exhibition (badges, invitations, passes for trucks).
Accreditation
Construction companies who wish to participate in the construction (assembling) of exhibition stands or submitting the exhibitions with entertainment activities at Atrium of Gostiny Court must be accredited and be eligible to carry out works at General Contractor - "AZM" LTD.
