TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Date of the exhibition: from October 8th to 11th , 2009
Mantling: October 5-7th, 2009, from 12.00 am to 08.00 p.m.
Arrival: October 7th, 2009, from 12.00 am to 08.00 p.m.
The official opening ceremony: October 8th, 12.30
Exhibition hours
on October, 8-10, 2009, from 11.00 am to 07.00 p.m.
on October, 11, 2009, from 11.00 am to 06.00 p.m.
Dismantling: from October, 11, 06.00 p.m. to October, 12, 12.00 pm
To participate in the exhibition is necessary to send application form to the Organizer. The application form must be assured with stamp and signature of official person. When Organizer receives the application form it should be stamped and signed and returns to the Exhibitor. The filled application form is an accept to the public contract.
Minimal exhibition area – 4 m2.
Cost of participation
Equipped area - 330 euros
Unequipped area - 540 euros
Registration cost – 420 euros
Cleaning – 6 euros per 1 m2
The Exhibitor pays the cost of participating in accordance with bank details of the Organizer.
100% paying will be made before September, 9, 2009.
After receipt money to the Organiser’s bank account the stand is considered to be booked.
The Exhibitor can order equipped area or unequipped area.
Unequipped area is provided by the Exhibitor or the Organizer with construction of the individual stand. The Exhibitor will fill special application form in to have additional equipment and services.
The application form should be stamped and signed by official persons from Exhibitor or Organizer. The filled application form for additional services and should be sent to the Organizer before September, 9, 2009. The Exhibitor should fill the information about additional services and send its signed and stamped copy to the Organizer.
To import and export equipment the participants will fill application form in. If company builds the stand itself it should finish mantling before September, 9, 2009.
Every exhibitor get one e-version of official catalogue of the exhibition.
The information about company should be presented to the Organizer before September, 9, 2009 by e-mail in Russian and in English. Information form can be filled on official web-site. Provided the information isn’t sent to the Organizer will publish only name of firm in official catalogue.
The number of badges depends on size of a stand (1 badge per 2sq.m).
In case the Exhibitor’s refusal of participating after making a contract, the Exhibitor should pay forfeit.
If refusal is made more than two months before date of beginning mantling - 30% of cost of participating
If refusal is made less than two months but more than one month before date of beginning mantling - 50% of cost of participating.
If refusal is made less than one month before date of beginning mantling - 100% of cost of participating.
All money transferred by the Exhibitor goes to paying forfeit. If amount is more than forfeit money will return to Exhibitor without forfeit. If Exhibitor doesn’t pay for participating stands construction at his stand and requested additional services in time the Organizer can take forfeit in 1,0% of debt in day.
All payments should be made to the bank account of theOrganizer before October, 9, 2009. Exhibitor can apply additional AD and PR services (for charge).
Organizations which give financial and technical assistance to the Organizer of exhibition have advantages in choosing location of their stand.
